LIfe Goes On….

At times some people come into our life’s and we know right away that they were meant to be there, to serve you some sort of purpose, teach you a lesson, or to help you figure out who you are or who you want to become in life!

You may never know where you may happen to meet that person. It may be that high school crush, that jack-ass of a tout that has been on your throat on your way home, that regular friend, that gangster-like dude that your parents would rather catch you dead with, your best friend, that guy from the royal family who is every girls fantasy, (hope he’s not reading this) that desk-mate in campus, that cute dude you’ve always had your eyes on and when the eyes finally meet, you quickly turn away and shyly pretend that you were not actually starring, that bloody neighbour who seems to know the current issues running in the hood! But finally, later on when your eyes lock with them, you know that at the very moment that something good is bound to happen ~maybe that lousy brat wasn’t bad after all!!!
Sometimes, some things have to happen for us to be able to appreciate life well. Pain, injury, illnesses, lost moments, guilt, pride, jealousy, envy, hatred, love and insults have to step on our way in order to make us stronger. You find that without overcoming these obstacles in life, you never realize your faith, strength, potential and will power ~courage is not defined by those who fought and did not fall, but by those who fell and rose again!
The people we meet every day in the journey of our lives are the success and also the downfalls that we have to face. They help you discover your destiny ~ who you really are and what you are to become!
If someone loves you, appreciate them back no matter what, even when you happen to think that they do not suite your personality, just a little thankyou may do. You may think that they are some bloody nuisance in your life but in a way, they are teaching you to love and to open your heart and eyes to things and people that pass near your space. But again ~never allow anyone to be a priority in your life when you happen to be an option in theirs!

To those who have hurt you betrayed or even broken your heart, kindly do not just  sit there and cry your heart out or make yourself worn out by stress! Ooh yeah, I know am a victim of this, who isn’t anyway? But again we all need to style up by being strong ~when life treats you like a rock, become a stone!
Walk away when you wanted to stay, smile whenever tears begin running down your cheeks and wipe away the anger and say…“yeah, I know am gonna be fine!“, close your eyes and count to ten whenever you feel like choking someone for having trusted them too much, let go of some things because its time to! ~simply practise positivity!!!

Tomorrow is the day that comes but never ends…Embrace each day at a time! If you keep going over the past, you’re going to end up with a thousand pasts and no future!

Learn something new each passing moment, live your life to the fullest and for sure you gonna be a legend of our times, if you got that special someone you truly love, approach them and hold them by their hands .Tell them how much you appreciate their love, company, humor and also the little crazy things that they do ~ they mean a lot to you!
Make your everyday count. Appreciate every moment especially those that took your breath away, laugh as loud as you can, dance to your favourite lyrics, love like you’ve never been heartbroken before, pray as if your whole life depended on it, hold your head up and tell yourself that you are the best and you deserve nothing short of that, and lastly believe in yourself as it would be difficult for others to believe in you if you don’t!!!

Food for thought

Follow your heart but remember to take tour brains with you!!!

Cheers to all!

Living to Love

I’m calling this phone up, just to tell him how much, I really love him ‘cause, he’s everything I want, he listens to me, cares for me…………if this isn’t love, tell me what it is , ‘cause I could be dreaming or just plain crazy~ (Jennifer Hudson)

I never get enough of love songs, you know, as Shakespeare quoted, “if music is the rhythm of love, play on!….’’ But for etiquette’s sake, allow me to pause the media player for a while and begin writing .

Yeah,no wonder some of my friends call me “Dr. Love!”

You might be probably wondering or asking why?  Hmmmm, because,….i somehow got the words to debate over almost everything which concerns Love! Others think am crazy or something but as for me, I believe that it’s only from love that we all find a purpose of living in this world. Love is like a butterfly, it goes where it pleases and it pleases wherever it goes! We all simply live because we love and for sure loving is living!

Were it not for love, there wouldn’t be the affection we get from our beloved ones, the smiles in the little baby, the beauty of nature, memorable moments, hopes and aspirations and unleashing the beauty of our lifetime dreams. On the way, comes anger, pride, hatred, jealousy yeah…..i know you get what I mean. As for me, its not that I’ll never make mistakes once in a while, I will not always make sound decisions. It’s so true that to error is to human. My readers should once in a while allow me to make some blunders and most probably learn from them. Should anyone happen to fall, I would simply advise one to simply stand up, brush down your attire and try again.

If you happen to realize halfway that you’ve made a wrong turn, don’t be too stressed and crumble, just make a turn and change the direction. This simply means you were born in this world as you . you are the driver of all your actions and its up to you to choose what is the right thing to do or simply bear the consequences. Know what you love and worth fighting for and go for it! Put all your trust in God and you gonna be smiling through the storms of life.

Live each day as if it was your last, laugh as loud as you can whenever possible, love unconditionally as if you’ve never been heartbroken before, work as if your entire life depended on it, scream when you want to, sing as if you got the voice of your favourite diva, dance like no ones watching you, pray often and apologize when you should!

You can’t upload love, you can’t download time, you can’t goggle all life’s answers since you apparently got to live some of your life! Be what you wanna be, go where you wanna go, take chances and chase your dreams. Love deeply and passionately, yeah, I know people get hurt, some say goodbye, some give up, some go there way ,some betray our trust, others remain strong even when the going gets tough. So, also let the toughness in you get going! Its actually the only way to live life to its fullest.

Through the journey of life, we meet people each day, most are simply met by chance, others are sent our way. They either become friends, best friends, sweethearts, lovers, long life partners (whatever the cycle is)……..they become a part of our lifes.

Remember that every little smile, every little hello, every little word of courtesy, every little piece of your time, every little word of comfort and every sincere hug can touch someone’s heart!

                                                                                                                                                                                                But

Time is very slow for the one’s that wait, very slow for the ones that fear and long for those that regret, too short for the ones that party, but for those that love,……………..time is eternity!!! (William Shakespeare)

If you think the world means nothing to you, think again……….you might mean the world to somebody else!

Cheers to Love!

Generation Y ‘toons

It is only the 80z and probably the 90z kids who will certainly be familiar with that which used to be the most popular children’s series on television. Do you remember those four fat cute little teddies? Yeah, The telettubies!!! I remember most of my friends and i would fake stuff ( like illnesses and such) just to be home on time, early enough to watch the 25 minutes episode.

I kind of recall the sound of a baby laughing as the sun rose at the beginning of each episode and also, the emergence of each telettuby into the teletubbyland each saying eh-oh (hello) to one another .

This was such an awesome experience for us kids after seeing them rolling on the green valley which was pretty eye-catching, the smiling flowers and the scene of them running around, heheeeeee, I bet u remember how big,( I mean fat) they were. It seemed like a lot of fun because they did what each of us kids loved doing during play time!

Tinky winky (purple) was the first teletubby and had a triangular antennae on its head.

Dipsy (green) was the second teletubby and had an antennae that resembled a dipstick. She was the most stubborn of the four and lived in a world of her own!

Laa-laa (yellow) was the third of the teletubby with a curly antennae. She always loved singing and dancing and I guess that’s what made me her greatest fun!

Po (red) was the fourth of the teletubby with an antennae shaped like a stick used by kids for blowing soap bubbles. She was the youngest of them all and was quite naughty and mischievious!

Each of the teletubbies had an antennae on their heads and tv monitors on their belly’s where they would receive video messages on.

Oh yeah, yeah, yeah! , I agree that it was a kiddish cartoon but even after we have all grown, have you ever tried to imagine how they would look like as grown ups? Heheheeeeee, when i bumped into these images i couldn’t help but laugh myself off!…….Yeah,we all got our bloody wild side!!!

”Teletubbies party harder than you might think. When they get down, they get way down.

They love to drink, smoke, dance and rock out to their favorite Tubby-tunes. When they party, watch out — because no one is safe…..” Smosh says.

Yeah, they had their grown up life too! (Probably), that’s if they grew up with us.

Loads of thanks to the producers, David G. Hiller and Vic Finch for making our kid moments fun and memorable!

I recently got over my fear of public restrooms.

It wasn’t easy.

But then I remembered some very sage advice I read once in a children’s book:  Everyone poops.

And suddenly it wasn’t such a big deal.

Until.

Until one day when things went horribly wrong.

PROBLEMS.

The way I saw it, there were just two options.  One, I could just shake for a while (ew).

Come let us sing Him praise...

Reblogged from Sunshinelittleone's Blog:

“Come, let us bow down in worship, kneel before the Lord our Maker; for he is our God and we are the people of His pasture, the flock under His care.” Psalm 95:6-7 “Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:4

We should delight in the Lord that delights in us. We should sing songs of praise continually.

Thank God for blessing me with wonderful family, friends and my love one. My life is actually much better since I accept Jesus Christ in my heart.

Father, I pray that you would continue to grant me, Your servant, that with all boldness I may speak Your Word, by stretching forth Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your Holy Servant, Jesus. (Acts 4: 29 – 30)

Music: Ups and downs, churns and timpanies, gruff growls and intense booms, vibrating vibrato and deep cool burns. The lashing of tongues and spitting of screams. The banshees and the sweet tinkle of bell-voices. The lacerating manic shrieks, the diamond violins, the thundering drums, the lightning keys, the blistering bayonet of basslines. I may suck in my breath for a whole bridge, or grit my teeth for a chorus cacophony, feeling every pore contract and every hair extend.

A wise man once sat in the audience & cracked a joke. All laughed like crazy. After a moment he cracked the same joke again and a little less people laughed this time. He cracked the same joke again & again, When there was no laughter in the crowd, he smiled and said

“When u can’t laugh on the same joke again & again, then why do u keep crying over the same thing over and over again.

A handy list of Do’s an Don’t's!

DO

Wander around your apartment in your underwear. Or, if you’re feeling ‘ballsy,’ completely naked! Your girlfriend was the one who always wanted you to “put some clothes on, for god’s sake.” You thought that was counterproductive–she was just going to take them off anyway! Well now’s your chance to feel those hard-to-reach spots get caressed by the winds of freedom rather than by someone who demands you come to every single one of her interpretive dance recitals.

Where Have All The Average People Gone?

Reblogged from TwoShovels:

I “smack” snooze three or four times at least. I trip over a pillow on the floor and open my bathroom door – which is two feet from my couch in the living room. Yeah, I have a bedroom – but I sleep on my couch in the living room – alone of course. I brush my teeth with my eyes still closed, and still in boxers, with the bathroom light still off.
